Created with care and passion by our kitchen, the à la carte menu changes with the seasons, highlighting local ingredients. Starting in 2025, the À la Carte Menu is offered alongside the Menu Convivio, which changes monthly and is served as a shared experience for the whole table.

Each month we offer a new menu, inspired by the seasonality and the commitment of our kitchen staff. The dishes are served by the tray, to be shared by the whole table. Enjoy your meal!

Wine List
The wines we offer are all Tuscan, produced by winemakers who work respecting the territory, traditions, and wine culture of this incredible region. Among these, particular attention is given to the wines of our Montalbino Farm. Entirely produced with Tuscan indigenous grape varieties and using organic methods.
